Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
On orders of in-stock items, we will dispatch items within 1-2 business days via Express Courier.

For made-to-order product orders, please allow 14 business days from order to delivery.

Returns and Refunds
Our Policy
M-Pump Australia provides a 6-month warranty on non-wearing parts of our Diaphragm Pumps, which allows our customers to buy with confidence.

If an item arrives with a fault or in an unsatisfactory state, we will review and provide a replacement where applicable.
